Job Overview:

A Technical Program manager certified in ITILv4 at advanced levels, COBIT 4, Data Science, Artificial intelligence, machine learning & Blockchain field who will support our product, sales, leadership and marketing teams with insights gained from analyzing company data, using AI & ML techniques. The ideal candidate should be adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action. They must have strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations. They must have a proven ability to drive business results with their data-based insights. They must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams. The right candidate will have a passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes. AWS cloud computing certifications will be required to leverage cloud technologies.

They should have strong background in TOGAF, COBIT, and ITILv4 Advanced Level as Consultant. In this role, they will work with our clients to help them implement and improve their IT service management (ITSM) processes. They will also provide training and support to our clients on TOGAF, COBIT, and ITILv4..

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with different clients in diversified industries including logistics, technology, finance, payment processing, supply chain, healthcare and more, to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
  • Design and develop blockchain architecture and solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive blockchain analysis, including performance optimization, security audits, and scalability assessments.
  • Help clients implement and improve their ITSM processes
  • Provide training and support to clients on TOGAF, COBIT, and ITILv4
  • Conduct assessments of clients' ITSM processes and recommend improvements
  • Develop and implement ITSM solutions for clients
  • Work with clients to manage and improve their IT services
  • Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
  • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
  • Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
  • Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
  • Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality.
  • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
  • Strong service level agreement & program management skills
  • Experience using statistical computer languages (Python, SLQ, AWS services etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
  • Experience working with and creating data architectures.
  • Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, distributed ledger technology (DLT), and decentralized application (dApp) development.
  • Familiarity with blockchain integration techniques, including APIs, web services, and middleware.
  • Experience with blockchain analysis tools and frameworks for auditing and testing smart contracts and blockchain networks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
  • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
  • Individual with 5-7 years of experience manipulating large data sets and building statistical models for different industries, has a minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or another quantitative field, and is familiar with the following software/tools:
  • Different integrated coding environments like Pycharm, Jupyter Notebook, Goggle Colab experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, social network analysis, etc.
  • Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages: Python, SLQ, etc.
  • Experience using web services: AWS Redshift, AWS EMR, AWS S3, AWS Glue, AWS SageMaker, AWS Kinesis, QWS Quicksight, Spark etc.
  • Knowledge of creating pipelines (ETL) using AWS services like Glue.
  • Experience in creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.
  • Experience with distributed data/computing tools: Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, MySQL, etc.
  • Experience with visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders using: PowerBI, D3, Matplotlib, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, Keras, NumPy, Pytorch etc.

  • Certified Post Graduate – Program Data Scientist from a Recognized University
  • Certified Blockchain Expert
  • Certified AWS cloud specialist with following certifications
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
  • AWS Certified Security – Specialty
