Revenue Analyst

Our client is a healthcare manufacturing, distribution, and laboratory services organization with an extensive network of high-quality, full-service laboratories across the country. They are looking to hire an experienced financial and business analyst who welcomes the challenge of building and integrating data systems that contribute to upholding their position as a leader in this growing and rapidly evolving field. The ideal candidate will be a self starter that can be a strategic contributor and excel in a dynamic and challenging role. This is an onsite position working at their downtown office.
As a Finance and Accounting team member, you will work closely with IT, HR, Sales, and Administration to build, maintain, and integrate data from various systems into effective analytics and accurate financial reporting and responsibilities include:
- Develop, track, and evaluate key performance indicators which align with the firm’s corporate objectives.
- Identify and drive process improvements through the creation of standard and ad-hoc tools, including automated reports and dashboards.
- Guide the cost and revenue analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures and conducting internal and external comparative analyses.
- Develop detailed financial models to support valuation, forecasting, and aid in the capital budgeting and expenditure planning processes.
- Evaluate investment and capital allocation decisions using multiple techniques including DCF, market comparable and strategic analysis.
- Research industry trends and compile market data to make cohesive recommendations.
- Prepare presentations for and make recommendations to senior management and executive team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of analysis tools and market conditions.
Qualifications include 2-4 years of corporate analyst, management accounting, or database administration/management experience within any sector of the manufacturing industry, plus a related university degree, with advanced knowledge of Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL / Power Query or other relevant database management and computer programing skills. Strong analytical competency and proven work experience in a quantitatively heavy role is ideal and preference will be given to candidates with meaningful corporate finance, management accounting, and/or database administration skills. In this role you will earn a competitive salary of $100-110K, plus a comprehensive health benefit plan, and company pension plan.
