OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and visionary ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in Proactive Service Experience (PSE), Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) modules. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in the telecommunications industry, with a solid grasp of TM Forum (TMF) frameworks, B2B telco processes, and API integration best practices. This is a strategic role focused on designing scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions that align with telco business models.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions across PSE, OMT, and HAM modulesTranslate telco business requirements into scalable ServiceNow configurations and workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless API integrations with external systemsDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration specs, and configuration guidesEnsure alignment with TMF standards and telco B2B operational modelsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to development teamsConduct architecture reviews, performance tuning, documentation and solution optimizationStay current with ServiceNow platform updates and industry trends, especially within the telco spaceRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementationProven expertise in PSE, OMT, and HAM modulesStrong understanding of telecommunications frameworks such as TMF, and telco B2B business processesHands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, web services, and data exchange protocolsExcellent documentation skills with the ability to produce clear, concise technical artifactsArchitect-level certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Certified Master Architect) preferredExperience working in Agile environments and DevOps practicesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred SkillsFamiliarity with telco OSS/BSS systemsExperience with ServiceNow App Engine and custom application developmentKnowledge of ITIL, eTOM, and other telco operational standardsBilingual (English/French) is a plus for Montreal-based candidatesSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
