???? À propos du poste :


Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Designer UX pour rejoindre l'équipe de l'un de nos partenaires stratégiques à Montréal.


????️ Ce que tu feras :

  • Optimiser nos plateformes existantes afin de gagner en efficacité opérationnelle.
  • Concevoir des expériences nous permettant d’atteindre nos objectifs de performance.
  • Valider l’utilisabilité et l’utilité des solutions à l’aide de recherche et tests utilisateurs.
  • Produire les livrables UX nécessaires aux projets.
  • Tester les livrables avant et après leur mise en production et évaluer leurs impacts.
  • Diriger la feuille de route en tandem avec un gestionnaire de produit et une équipe agile.
  • Accompagner les ingénieurs dans la création d’interfaces agréables et de qualité.


???? Qualifications recherchées :

  • Minimum de 5 années d'expérience.
  • Maitrise des meilleures pratiques en utilisabilité et en conception centrée utilisateur.
  • Maitrise des outils de design (Sketch, Axure, InVision, Illustration, etc.).
  • Expérience avec des outils de recherche UX un atout (usertesting.com, Optimal Workshop, etc.).
  • Expérience à produire des flux de processus, inventaire de contenus, etc.

  • Baccalauréat en Design ou expérience similaire
  • Bilinguisme (Anglais & Français) requis
  • Plus de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en design UX
  • Connaissance du milieu bancaire (un atout)
