Your experience:

· Minimum 3 years in a recruitment agency is required. 5+ years is preferred.

· Direct experience in a 360-recruitment role having managed clients and the recruitment process.

· Experience working with real estate and/or construction clients is strongly preferred.

Client Responsibilities:

· Developing a client contact plan to engage with all existing Taylor Ryan clients on a regular basis.

· Confidently developing relationships with new clients.

· Comfortable and confident in holding conversations with senior-level clients.

· Keeping up to date with active roles within the market and ensuring timely follow up with clients.

· Create and manage a business development plan to ensure a robust client base.

· Account Managing and providing exceptional customer service to existing and new clients during the recruitment process.

· Fee negotiation and implementing service agreements with clients.

· Cross-selling service offerings.

· Ensuring sufficient active job mandates at any given time.

· Ensuring an active social media presence to engage with candidates and clients within real estate and construction sectors.

Recruitment Process:

· Ensuring successful fulfillment of job mandates.

· Prioritize and organize work on live roles, balancing ongoing business development needs.

· Responding with a sense of urgency to active client engagements.

· Taking accountability for your individual revenue and placement targets.

· End to end management of the recruitment process.

· Displaying attention to detail and integrity in managing the process.

· Tracking activities and meeting performance metrics as outlined by the Company.

Recruitment Responsibilities:

· Responding with a sense of urgency to active client engagements.

· Identifying, attracting, and managing construction candidates.

· Sourcing industry information from candidates.

· Developing strong relationships with candidates to aid referrals and the positive brand association with TR.

· Developing job postings for positions and distributing them across a variety of online platforms, subsequently screening appropriate applications from job seekers.

· Headhunting passive candidates by phone, email, LinkedIn, and referrals.

· Conducting research to identify potentially suitable candidates for live mandates.

· Selling job opportunities/clients to potential candidates.
