Job Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable such as supplier invoices, expense accounts, purchase orders, and payments;
  • Manage invoicing and communication with the client;
  • Manage accounts receivable collection process;
  • Perform payroll;
  • Perform bank reconciliation and match with bank statements;
  • Prepare year-end government statements;
  • Perform any other related tasks.
Required Qualifications
  • Accounting and management techniques;
  • 10 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Mastery of Zoho software (an asset);
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel;
  • Good knowledge of French and English (an asset).
