Intégré au guichet de service à la clientèle de la base des Forces canadiennes de Bagotville, au Québec, le technicien en chef de l'approvisionnement mettra à profit ses connaissances des processus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et ses excellentes compétences en leadership pour veiller à ce que le service réussisse à entreposer, à manipuler et à distribuer des composants aéronautiques à l'appui des opérations quotidiennes.

**Responsabilités**:

- Fournir un soutien en matière de leadership à l'équipe de techniciens en approvisionnement du groupe de propulsion (PGS).
- Superviser l'entreposage, la réception et la distribution des composants du CF-18 du PGS afin de soutenir les opérations quotidiennes de l'escadron à la base d'opérations principale (MOB).
- Préparer les kits de déploiement du PGS
- Emballage et manutention de tout le matériel au guichet de service à la clientèle, préparation des documents d'expédition aux centres d'approvisionnement.
- Gestion des stocks.
- Soutenir divers autres projets liés à l'entreposage/aux magasins.

**Exigences mínimales**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires au minimum
- Au moins cinq ans d'expérience à la tête d'une équipe de gestion des stocks.
- Au moins cinq ans d'expérience dans l'utilisation du système DRMIS des Forces canadiennes ou dans l'utilisation d'un système de base de données (c'est-à-dire SAP), quel qu'il soit.
- Connaissance approfondie des outils MS Office, notamment MS Word, Excel et Outlook.
- Connaissance approfondie du processus d'entrepôt
- Attention méticuleuse aux détails dans la révision et le contrôle des documents.
- Orientation vers le service à la clientèle et fortes compétences interpersonnelles.
- Flexibilité pour travailler en alternance de jour et de soir (du lundi au vendredi) et être disposé à être "de garde" en dehors des heures de travail normales, le cas échéant.

Embedded in the Customer Service Window at the Canadian Forces Base in Bagotville, Quebec, the Supply Technician Lead will use their knowledge of supply chain processes and excellent leadership skills to ensure the department is successful in storing, handling, and distributing aviation components to support daily operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership support to the Propulsion Group Sustainment (PGS) Supply Technician team.
- Oversee the storing, receiving, and distribution of PGS CF-18 components to support day-to-day Squadron operations at the Main Operating Base (MOB)
- Preparation of PGS deployment pack up kits
- Packing and handling of all materiel at the Customer Service Window, preparation of shipping documents to supply centers.
- Inventory management.
- Support various other warehousing/stores related projects.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum High School diploma
- Minimum five years of experience leading an inventory management team.
- Minimum of five years’ experience using the Canadian Forces system ‘DRMIS’, or experience working with a database system (i.e. SAP) of any type
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office tools including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Substantial knowledge of Warehouse process
- Meticulous attention to detail in document revision and control
- Customer service focused with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a rotating day and evening shift period (Mon-Fri) and be willing to be ‘on-call’ outside of regular working hours when required

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Familiar with ISO 9001/AS9100 Quality System processes associated with configuration and data management
