Job Title: Civil Project Manager with Experience in Water/Sewer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing water/sewer infrastructure projects from conception to completion. The Civil Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, design, implementation, and budgeting. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of water/sewer infrastructure projects, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure that projects are delivered within scope and budget.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as engineers, contractors, and government agencies, to ensure project success.
- Evaluate project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members.
- Prepare project reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in water/sewer infrastructure project management.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional engineering license is preferred.
