The team is looking for a Salesforce Functional Architect for new IB initiative that has an objective to simplify the client and employee experience through a Salesforce E2E process and Data Modernization.

A Salesforce Functional Architect is responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and technical strategies. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful deployment and adoption of Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and align with best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional specifications.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, system architecture, and integration points.

- Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.

- Perform system testing, including functional testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and capabilities and recommend improvements to existing solutions.

Must Have Skills:

- 10+ years as a Functional Architect

- Extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Service Cloud.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security, reporting, and integration capabilities.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Architect or similar roles

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration capabilities.

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable.

- Nice to have:
English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages effectively.

Best vs Average

- The best candidate is a Salesforce Architect with extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Knowledge of other CRM platforms and integration tools. Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ideally they will have proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
