**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks to ensure the financial health of the organization. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain valuable experience in the field of accounting.
**Duties:**
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy using skills.
- Assist in account analysis and reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
- Utilize software such as Blue Sky Reservations for ticket processing and auditing.
- Support the accounting team in utilizing Great Plains Dynamics software for financial reporting.
- Conduct mathematical calculations to ensure precision in financial transactions.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience working with accounting software such as Great Plains, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent mathematical skills and understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
-Ability to be cross-trained for coverage within the department for vacation and sickness coverage.
