Accounting Clerk

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team at 0918788 BC Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

**Responsibilities**

* Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
* Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
* Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
* Post journal entries
* Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
* Prepare tax returns
* Prepare trial balance of books
* Reconcile accounts

**Requirements**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Strong accounting skills and knowledge of bookkeeping systems
* Excellent organizational and communication skills

**Work Environment**

* 30 hours per week
* English language
