Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and aspiring individual to join our team as a Junior Overseas Branch Associate. This role will support the operations of SmartInside AI Canada and play a part in our growth and market establishment strategies. It’s a great opportunity for those starting their careers and looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic AI technology company.

As the Overseas Branch Associate, your role will be instrumental in supporting our international expansion efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the establishment and management of an overseas branch in Canada, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to operational efficiency in line with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute operation strategies for expansion into the North America Safety Technology market, overseeing the establishment of overseas branches.
  • Handle day-to-day operations of SmartInside AI Canada to achieve business objectives and maintain high operational standards.
  • Aid in cultivating strategic partnerships and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory requirements to adapt strategies effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters to align international operations with the overall company vision.
  • Create marketing and business presentation materials, such as pitch decks
  • Conduct market analysis and create strategic business plans for the North American market

Qualification Requirement:

  • Educational Background:A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
  • Early Career Experience:Some experience in a business or technology environment, such as internships or project work, is desirable.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders, negotiate partnerships, and represent the company's interests on a global scale.
  • Adaptability and Innovation: Ability to adapt to varying market landscapes, innovate in response to industry changes, and leverage emerging opportunities in AI and technology.
  • Strategic Vision: Strong strategic planning skills with a track record of devising and executing successful international expansion strategies in the technology sector.
  • Language Proficiency:Fluency in English. Additional language skills, including Korean, are an asset but not required.
  • Skillsets:Proficiency in MS Office software tools, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Digital marketing experience, especially in B2B social media marketing, is an asset.
