Inside Sales and Marketing Professional – Metos North America

Location: Winnipeg, MB

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales and Marketing Manager with expertise in Salesforce CRM, Digital Marketing, and Trade Shows to drive our business growth through integrated and strategic approaches. This role will play a pivotal part in aligning sales and marketing efforts, utilizing technology and events to enhance customer engagement and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administer and optimize the Salesforce CRM system to streamline lead management, enhance customer relationships, and ensure accurate reporting.
  2. Customize Salesforce to align with the organization's sales and marketing processes and objectives.
  3. Provide ongoing training and support to sales and marketing teams on leveraging Salesforce for maximum efficiency.
  4. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales initiatives.
  5. Utilize digital marketing tools, including email campaigns, social media, SEO, and PPC, to drive engagement and conversion.
  6. Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  7. Plan and execute participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  8. Coordinate logistics, booth design, and promotional materials for trade show exhibitions.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to maximize lead generation and networking opportunities at events.
  10. Create and maintain dashboards and reports within Salesforce to provide actionable insights for the sales and marketing teams.
  11. Analyze performance metrics from digital marketing and trade show activities, providing regular reports and recommendations.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce CRM with other business systems.
  13. Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide marketing support aligned with sales goals.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in inside sales and marketing, with a focus on Salesforce CRM, digital marketing, and trade show management.
  2. Strong knowledge of Salesforce features, configuration, and customization.
  3. Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns.
  4. Experience in planning and coordinating trade shows and events.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Certifications:

Salesforce Administrator or other relevant certifications are a plus.
