Inside Sales and Marketing Manager

Metos North America is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales and Marketing Manager to drive business growth through integrated and strategic approaches. This role will play a pivotal part in aligning sales and marketing efforts, utilizing technology and events to enhance customer engagement and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Streamline Lead Management: Administer and optimize the Salesforce CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and enhance customer relationships.
  2. Customize Salesforce: Align the organization's sales and marketing processes and objectives with the Salesforce CRM system.
  3. Provide Training and Support: Offer ongoing training and support to sales and marketing teams on leveraging Salesforce for maximum efficiency.
  4. Develop Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales initiatives.
  5. Analyze Performance Metrics: Utilize digital marketing tools, including email campaigns, social media, SEO, and PPC, to drive engagement and conversion.
  6. Plan and Execute Trade Shows: Plan and execute participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  7. Coordinate Logistics: Coordinate logistics, booth design, and promotional materials for trade show exhibitions.
  8. Collaborate with Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to maximize lead generation and networking opportunities at events.
  9. Provide Actionable Insights: Create and maintain dashboards and reports within Salesforce to provide actionable insights for the sales and marketing teams.
  10. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce CRM with other business systems.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience in inside sales and marketing, with a focus on Salesforce CRM, digital marketing, and trade show management.
  2. Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Salesforce features, configuration, and customization.
  3. Demonstrated Success: Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns.
  4. Experience in Trade Shows: Experience in planning and coordinating trade shows and events.
  5. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Certifications:

Salesforce Administrator or other relevant certifications are a plus.
