Strategic Sourcing Specialist 

This role is primarily responsible for managing supplier relationships for administrative and operational activities and issues. The role will ensure contracting and procurement standards are maintained throughout the portfolio to JLL and/or client requirements as suppliers are transitioned and needs arise in the field.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Closely support the client and Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing and Facility Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client.
• Responsible for communication, coordination and implementation of local and regional sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations to suppliers and operations team.
• Key procurement liaison with field and property management personnel.
• Manage transition plans for local and regional contracts.
• Ensure compliance to sourcing and contracting policies and procedures a 

• Responsible for data integrity of contract database - oversee maintenance and enhancement of central contract database.
• Develop supplier relationships with a focus on managing supplier performance and compliance with established compliance requirements 
• Work closely with JLL’s client to support supplier performance reviews and to facilitate the successful completion of all client supplier compliance requirements 
• Administer and maintain contract files to ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle and client Sourcing requirements, administration of supplier files, certificates of insurance, amendments, letters, and other contractual documents.
• Establish work priorities, assign deliverables and resolve issues with Operations and Project teams, temporary help and/or project-specific dedicated personnel to assure client satisfaction, customer satisfaction.

• Work in cooperation with Finance and the field to ensure that financial transactions are processed in an orderly and timely fashion-goal to ensure invoice amounts are correct and paid on time.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent years of experience 
• 3-5 years in similar role and function preferred 

• Excellent Inter-personal skills, Organization skills, Strong Analytical Ability
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in all MS applications

• Vous serez chargé(e) d'effectuer les tâches suivantes, spécifiques à votre poste :
• Vous êtes en charge de l'organisation et de la mise en œuvre de l'ensemble des activités de l'entreprise, y compris la gestion des ressources humaines.
• Vous êtes responsable de la communication, de la coordination et de la mise en œuvre des initiatives d'approvisionnement locales et régionales et des négociations contractuelles avec les fournisseurs et l'équipe d'exploitation.
• Il est l'interlocuteur privilégié du personnel de terrain et de gestion immobilière en matière d'approvisionnement.
• Gérer les plans de transition pour les contrats locaux et régionaux.
• Veiller au respect des politiques et procédures d'approvisionnement et de passation de marchés a 
• Assurer l'intégrité de la base de données des contrats - superviser la maintenance et l'amélioration de la base de données centrale des contrats.
• Développer les relations avec les fournisseurs en mettant l'accent sur la gestion de la performance des fournisseurs et le respect des exigences établies en matière de conformité. 
• Vous êtes responsable de la gestion de l'ensemble de la chaîne de valeur de l'entreprise, de l'organisation et de la mise en œuvre de l'ensemble des activités de l'entreprise. 
• Administrer et maintenir les dossiers contractuels pour assurer la conformité avec les exigences de Jones Lang LaSalle et du client en matière de d’approvisionnement, l'administration des dossiers des fournisseurs, les certificats d'assurance, les amendements, les lettres et autres documents contractuels.
• Établir les priorités de travail, assigner les livrables et résoudre les problèmes avec les équipes des opérations et des projets, l'aide temporaire et/ou le personnel dédié à un projet spécifique afin d'assurer la satisfaction du client.
• Travailler en coopération avec les services financiers et le personnel de terrain pour veiller à ce que les transactions financières soient traitées de manière ordonnée et en temps voulu - l'objectif étant de s'assurer que les montants des factures sont corrects et payés à temps. 

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

• Baccalauréat en commerce ou années d'expérience équivalentes. 
• 3 à 5 ans dans un rôle et une fonction similaires de préférence 
• Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles, sens de l'organisation et forte capacité d'analyse.
• Excellentes aptitudes à la communication - orale et écrite
• Excellentes compétences en informatique, maîtrise de toutes les applications MS
• Maitrise de la langue anglaise ( Interactions orales et/ou écrites avec des locataires ou partenaires externes basés à l’extérieur du Québec (par exemple, fournisseurs de services, cabinets d’avocats, pairs, banquiers, firmes de courtage, firmes d’analyse de crédit, agences de crédits, clientèle non-francophone, etc.)
