ServiceNow Sr Developer (CSM, HRSD, Sec Ops)

Hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer. Responsibilities: maintain, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow (CSM, HRSD, Sec Ops) solutions. Ideal candidate: deep ServiceNow understanding, troubleshoot, and strong communication/project management skills.

Specific Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as SSO, CMS, Virtual Chat, Service Portal, Tours, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Database and CMDB.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Responsible For
  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow.
  • Ensure all solutions and workflow are aligned to any one of ServiceNow modules (CSM, HRSD, Sec Ops) best practices.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Stay up to date with ServiceNow technology and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
  • Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.
  • Lead and manage ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
Additional Requirements

Experience with a variety of systems integrations such as REST and JSON.
