Picture Yourself at Pega:- As an early career Solutions Consultant on the FSI Solution Consulting team, you will have the opportunity for rigorous training where you will learn about Pega solutions, sales positioning, the FSI domain, software architecture, hands-on configuration, sales process, and more.
- After onboarding, you will join a team of experienced Solution Consultants. Along with an assigned mentor, you will start by assisting existing team members. Over time you will take on more and more independent assignments.
- The day-in-a-life of a Solution Consultant is never the same Daily work activities may span assisting in lead generation activity, pre-sales qualification steps, planning discovery, synthesizing playback materials, identification of business drivers and solution requirements, creation & delivery of compelling solution demos, workshops, and RFXs, Proof of Concepts (POCs), architecture presentations, and more.
- Passionately curious about Software and Software Development, Financial Services & Insurance, Sales & Presales. As a Solution Consultant candidate if you already bring experience in one or more of these areas – great
- A strong communicator, in writing, verbally, over web cam, as well as live and in-person
- A continuous, voracious learner. Endless curiosity makes a successful Solution Consultant
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong communicator with the ability to plan out and present a story-driven presentation or software demonstration.
- Proficiency in French is highly preferred
- Experience in Software Presales, or SDLC and Software Development, or Financial Services & Insurance industry
- Gartner Analyst acclaimed technology leadership across our categories of products
