Comprendre/apprendre les processus commerciaux et opérationnels et la technologie - flux de travail, flux de données et fonctionnalité des applications - afin de formuler des recommandations efficaces et de mener à bien les activités.
Effectuer des analyses coûts-avantages et formuler des recommandations concernant les solutions technologiques pour l'entreprise.
Coordonner et communiquer entre les services informatiques et les autres départements.
Planifier et superviser/diriger des projets de petite à moyenne envergure jusqu'à leur achèvement, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires commerciaux, les spécialistes en informatique et les fournisseurs.
Licence en informatique ou diplôme similaire - par exemple, diplôme obtenu à l'issue d'un programme de deux ans (au minimum) avec une spécialisation en informatique, en technologie de l'information ou en gestion de l'information, dans un établissement d'enseignement postsecondaire reconnu.
Capacité à s'engager et à communiquer efficacement (à l'oral et à l'écrit) en anglais. La langue française est un atout.
Valorisez, construisez et entretenez des relations professionnelles - avec des partenaires commerciaux et des collaborateurs du secteur de la technologie.
Expérience de la mise en œuvre d'applications et de la transformation de l'entreprise.
Expérience en gestion de projet, certification.

Lantic is currently recruiting for the position of Information Technology Business Analysts based at our Montreal facility. The ITBA is a professional who is experienced with one or more major enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, proficient with business/manufacturing applications and technologies, and curious about and able to establish technology solutions for the benefit of business partners and the organization.
The successful candidates are service-oriented and will effectively leverage their professional relationships, experience, and knowledge to provide business value. As technology experts, they will troubleshoot and learn/explore modern technology solutions to resolve business issues and meet business objectives. As analysts, they will assess/analyse and recommend efficient technology solutions. As business partners, they will work closely with non-technical professionals, understand business processes, and implement (applications, data, process) solutions, individually or as part of a project team.
The ITBAs will conduct and manage their work in a professional, organized manner - utilizing project management and other common technology frameworks/methodologies (ITIL, ITSM, Agile).
Understand/learn business and operational processes and technology - workflow, dataflow, and application functionality - to make effective recommendations and complete activities.
Conduct cost-benefit analysis and provide recommendations regarding technology-solutions for the business.
Work closely with Business counterparts and leaders to understand business/operational challenges and needs.
Coordinate and communicate between IT and other departments.
Plan and oversee/lead small-to-medium scale projects to completion – working closely with business partners, IT specialists, and vendors.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar - e.g. graduation from a (minimum) two-year program with a specialization in computer science, information technology, information management from a recognized post-secondary institution.
Effective engagement and (spoken and written) communication in English. French language is an asset).
