Customer Service Manager

The ideal candidate is responsible for leading a team of trained product experts who provide customers with a good experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and coaching to assure that all employees succeed in meeting individual performance goals as well as career growth
- Establish performance benchmarks and hold team to those goals
- Support inside sales activities and manage operations
- Establish and monitor KPIs
- Coach, train and develop staff
- Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' of customer service management experience
- SAP experience is an asset
- 7+ years of B2B customer service and inside sales experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
