The Senior Training Manager will ensure that all training initiatives align with our company's mission and vision, and effectively meet the needs of our target audience.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

  • Oversee the creation of comprehensive training programs for franchisees and staff.
  • Develop content for instructor-led sessions, online modules, blended learning, and documentation.
  • Align training materials with Tahini’s brand mission and market expectations.
  • Manage the training delivery process and coordinate resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assess training outcomes, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
  • Equip franchisees and staff with the knowledge and skills needed for success in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Post-secondary education in in Business Administration or other related field
  • Minimum 5 years working in the training function in a restaurant-franchise system.
  • Proven track record in coordinating and managing the build out and delivery of training systems
  • Ability to implement training services, process and manage the continuous improvement feedback loop

SKILLS

  • Expertise in designing and developing practical, results-driven learning content and selecting effective delivery methods.
  • Proficient in organizing, coordinating, and mentoring training teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data to inform strategic decision-making and improve training outcomes.
  • Skilled problem solver, able to address complex challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and align objectives.
  • Experienced in creating clear, comprehensive training materials and SOPs to facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Adept at conducting metrics analysis to evaluate training effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday; Weekends as needed

Willingness to travel: 25% (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London, ON N6N 1N7
