Position: Occupational Therapist

Region: London and Middlesex

Description: The Occupational Therapist provides assessment, consultation, clinical analysis, and treatment planning to assist children and youth to achieve their optimum rehabilitation potential in all areas of activities of daily living, fine motor abilities, perception, and sensory integration.

Qualifications:

  • Master of Science, Occupational Therapy
  • Active member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an Occupational Therapy role
  • Experience with children, youth, and families, an asset
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising and communicating with all stakeholders (individually, in teams, and agency-wide)
  • Facilitate problem-solving within the team context regarding program development and individual treatment planning
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Experience working with case management software (i.e., EMHWare), is an asset
  • Experience working with eating disorders, preferred

French Proficiency: French an asset

Salary: $31.70 - $39.87 per hour

Terms of Employment: Full-time
