Job Overview: 6 months with possible extensions. Immediate hire for ServiceNow Development - Building APIs and Integrating enterprise tools within ServiceNow.

What you'll do:
  1. Collaborate with team members to scope and design solutions.
  2. Design, develop, and configure workflows, forms, scripts, and underlying logic.
  3. Contribute to developing a QA strategy, with solutions for unit, regression, and acceptance testing.
  4. Collaborate with the platform team to design a code integration/test/deployment pipeline.
  5. Support ServiceNow version upgrades - install, test, and take new applications live in ServiceNow.
  6. Offer technical solutions to address complex requirements.
  7. Evaluate alternate solutions, identifying the best options and implementing the ideal solution.
  8. Create documentation to support a sustainable development practice.
  9. Analyze, troubleshoot, and remedy identified system issues.
What you'll bring to the table:
  1. Postgraduate education in Computer Science or related area.
  2. 3+ years of experience working with web application technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, etc.).
  3. 3+ years of ServiceNow development/implementation/administrative experience.
  4. Experience developing applications on the ServiceNow platform and related technology (App Creator, Studio, ES5/ECMAScript, related client and server APIs).
  5. Strong grounding in fundamentals of web application development (identity, security, etc.).
  6. Experience working with structured data, schema, and databases.
  7. Experience integrating internal and external (SaaS based) applications.
  8. Superior attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Ability to understand complex business needs and adapt appropriately.
  10. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies applicable to the ServiceNow platform.
