As a Healthcare Architect, you will collaborate closely with our design team to develop innovative solutions tailored to the specific context, budget, and aesthetic requirements of each architectural project. You'll play a pivotal role in coordinating design efforts across disciplines and guiding projects through all phases of development.

Gather and evaluate information from various sources to understand project requirements.
Develop architectural designs that meet quality standards, project timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Incorporate engineering requirements, site surveys, and field review information while adhering to relevant codes and regulations.
Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with construction documents and address any deviations promptly.
Review project products, services, and shop drawings to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.

Proficiency in all phases of the project cycle.
~ Strong proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and others.
~ Familiarity with MEP and Structural building systems, as well as relevant building codes.
~ 10-15 years of project work experience in architecture.
~ Experience in healthcare projects is advantageous.

This is a remote first role. Occasional attendance at the Toronto office is required.
