Nous recherchons un Comptable pour soutenir notre client sur des projets clés, gérer les audits annuels, compiler les données de la R&D, surveiller les comptages physiques et préparer les états financiers pour l'un de leurs principaux sites de fabrication au Canada 🏭

🔍 Responsabilités principales :

  • Cycle Comptable Complet :
    Gérer l’ensemble du cycle comptable (hors AP, AR et paie) pour un site de fabrication majeur au Canada avec des opérations en plusieurs devises. 💰💱
  • Préparation et Analyse des États Financiers :
    Préparer et analyser les états financiers.
  • Comptabilité Inter-entreprises :
    Gérer la comptabilité inter-entreprises en plusieurs devises. 🌍
  • Gestion des Actifs :
    Superviser la gestion des actifs fixes et incorporels.
  • Audit de Fin d'Année :
    Gérer et mener l’audit de fin d’année.
  • Préparation et Analyse du Budget :
    Contribuer à la préparation et à l’analyse du budget. 📊
  • Taxe de Vente US & Paiements :
    Gérer la taxe de vente US, les paiements, ainsi que la gestion du système SRXP (rapports de dépenses).
  • Suivi des Coûts des Projets :
    Surveiller les coûts des projets, gérer les subventions et les demandes de crédits SR&ED pour tous les sites canadiens.
  • Gestion des Inventaires :
    Superviser les comptages cycliques, les ajustements mensuels moyens pondérés et les comptages physiques annuels. 📦
  • Analyse de la Marge Brute & du Coût de revient :
    Réaliser des analyses de la marge brute, du BOM (Bill of Materials) et des coûts, et formuler des recommandations.
  • Projets Clés :
    Apporter un soutien à la gestion de projets stratégiques de l'entreprise. 🛠️

📌 Qualifications :

  • Diplôme en Comptabilité , Finance ou dans un domaine connexe 🎓
  • 3 ans d’expériences minimum dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans un environnement manufacturier 🏭
  • Expérience en comptabilité inter-entreprises avec des opérations en plusieurs devises 🌍
  • Bonne maîtrise de la préparation des états financiers et de leur analyse 📑
  • Connaissance de la gestion de la taxe de vente US et du système SRXP 📉
  • Expérience avérée dans le suivi des coûts de projets et la gestion des subventions 💼
  • Expertise en gestion des inventaires et en analyse de la marge brute 📦💹
  • Bilingue (Français & Anglais) – Excellentes compétences en communication 🗣️
  • Fortes compétences en analyse et résolution de problèmes 🧠
  • Excellentes aptitudes en organisation et communication 📞
  • Disponibilité pour voyager 10% de votre temps mensuel vers les Cantons de l’Est ou Montréal ✈️

We are looking for an Accountant to support our client on key projects, manage annual audits, compile R&D data, monitor physical inventories, and prepare financial statements for one of their major manufacturing sites in Canada 🏭

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Full Accounting Cycle :
Manage the entire accounting cycle (excluding AP, AR, and payroll) for a major manufacturing site in Canada with multi-currency operations. 💰💱

Financial Statement Preparation and Analysis :
Prepare and analyze financial statements.

Intercompany Accounting:
Manage intercompany accounting with multi-currency transactions. 🌍

Asset Management :
Oversee the management of fixed and intangible assets.

Year-End Audit:
Manage and lead the year-end audit.

Budget Preparation and Analysis :
Contribute to budget preparation and analysis. 📊

US Sales Tax & Payments :
Manage US sales tax, payments, and SRXP system (expense reporting).

Project Cost Tracking:
Monitor project costs, manage grants, and SR&ED credit claims for all Canadian sites.

Inventory Management :
Supervise cycle counts, monthly weighted average adjustments, and annual physical counts. 📦

Gross Margin & Cost of Goods Sold Analysis:
Perform gross margin, BOM (Bill of Materials), and cost analyses, and provide recommendations.

Key Projects:
Support the management of the company’s strategic projects. 🛠️

📌 Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 🎓

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment 🏭

Experience in intercompany accounting with multi-currency operations 🌍

Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and analysis 📑

Familiarity with managing US sales tax and the SRXP system 📉

Proven experience in project cost tracking and grant management 💼

Expertise in inventory management and gross margin analysis 📦💹

Bilingual (French & English) – Excellent communication skills 🗣️

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 🧠

Excellent organizational and communication skills 📞

Willingness to travel up to 10% of your monthly time to the Eastern Townships or Montreal ✈️
