The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Call Flow Specialist I Job description:

  • Generate and process accurate invoices for customers based on provided data and billing information.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of invoices and customer information in the billing system.
  • Verify the accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies or errors before issuing invoices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide suggestions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of billing operations.
  • Stay updated on billing policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, Dispatch and Accounts Payable, to gather necessary information for billing purposes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues, discrepancies, or payment options in a professional and timely manner.

Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience as a Billing Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal team members.
