About the Company
Forge Recruitment is currently partnered with our client, a prestigious full-service law firm in the heart of downtown Toronto, in search of a Senior Associate Lawyer to join their growing Corporate Commercial Services Practice Group.

About the Role
Providing managerial support to 1 junior associate and 1 law clerk, the senior associate will independently manage complex corporate commercial matters related to amalgamations, mergers and acquisitions, incorporations, dissolutions, resolutions, corporate loans, etc.

What You Bring
As the ideal candidate, you possess 6+ years' experience independently managing corporate commercial transactions. You are in good-standing with the Law Society of Ontario and possess superior managerial, communication, and client service skills. Preference will be granted to candidates possessing a portable book of business or robust referral network.
