Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation is seeking a Program Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic team. This is a full-time contract position that will run from mid-October (start date negotiable) until February 2026. This position is primarily located at 2545 Sixth Line in Oakville, and the successful candidate may choose to work 2 days at home most weeks.
University degree in social work, social services, health administration, child life, or a related field
High degree of proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Fluency in English with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Management of designated programs including:
# recruitment of and succession planning for professional and volunteer program leadership
# monitoring program performance and addressing concerns as they arise
# strategic planning for growth and identification of gaps in programming
# managing stakeholder relations with partnered programs
# acquisition of required supplies and equipment
# virtual hosting and oversight of data collection
