What the Role Offers:

  1. Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company vision.
  2. Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
  3. Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  4. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  5. Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  6. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  7. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  8. Provide training and support to internal teams on product features and updates.

What You Need to Succeed:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  2. 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology company, with strong strategic thinking, market research, competitive analysis, and product lifecycle management skills.
  3. Experience with Output Management and Content Management.
  4. Experience with or good working knowledge of accessibility technologies, including PDF accessibility (PDF/UA) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
  5. Knowledge of various global accessibility legislation: European Accessibility Act, Section 508, and Americans with Disabilities Act (Title II and Title III).
  6. Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is preferred.
  7. Pragmatic Institute certification.
  8. Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
