We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Product Manager to join our team at OpenText, a global leader in information management. Our business unit spans a broad range of products and technology stacks, including Content Management, Process Management, Capture, Collaboration, and various JAVA and Microsoft-based platforms and architectures. Your mission will be to maintain and modernize these established products and support our customers to protect the ongoing success of their business-critical enterprise solutions.

What the Role Offers:
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company vision.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
- Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on product features and updates.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology company, with strong strategic thinking, market research, competitive analysis, and product lifecycle management skills.
- Experience with Output Management and Content Management.
- Experience with or good working knowledge of accessibility technologies, including PDF accessibility (PDF/UA) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- Knowledge of various global accessibility legislation: European Accessibility Act, Section 508, and Americans with Disabilities Act (Title II and Title III).
- Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is preferred.
- Pragmatic Institute certification.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
