We are Looking for a Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. You will play a key role in preparing high-quality, delicious Indian dishes according to the standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a passion for the culinary arts. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook menu items according to our specifications (Indian cuisine)
  2. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  3. Measure and mix ingredients according to our recipes
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
  5. Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  6. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Schedule:

  1. Day shift
  2. Evening shift
  3. Monday to Friday
  4. Weekend availability

Work Location: In person

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years Education and/or Experience in Indian Cooking
  2. Minimum of 2 years Experience working on a tandoor
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $15.50 – $17.00
