District School BoardOntario North East invites internal and external Teachers and Vice-Principalswho are interested in becoming a Vice-Principal and/or Principal to apply forour selection process.

We are looking for leaders who caredeeply about students and staff and who will excel in their role in serving inothers.

Candidates who are successful in theselection process will be placed in a pool for placement considerations in thethree regions: North, Central and South. Candidates willbe asked to indicate their preference for specific regions.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Interested applicants are required tosubmit all the following information:

  • Cover letter and resume;
  • One page description of how you aresuccessfully leading learning in your school. Be sure to highlightthe following:
    • The three priorities of the Strategic Plan(2021-2025) and how you have implemented them.
  • Copy of your 2024-2025 Ontario College ofTeachers’ Certificate of Qualifications;
  • Reference contact information for four (4)administrative references, one of whom must be your current supervisor andtwo of whom must hold leadership positions.
