WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a cohesive IT strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall business goals.
- Stay ahead of new trends and innovations in technology to foster forward-thinking strategies.
- Prepare and manage the IT department's annual budget to ensure resources are allocated appropriately.
Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of IT systems to ensure reliability, stability, and efficiency.
- Manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Proactively identify vulnerabilities and risks in the IT infrastructure to prevent potential issues.
- Implement comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies affecting IT operations.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
- Manage staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, and evaluation.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Strong ability in leading IT transformation projects and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing conditions.
