We are seeking a passionate Talent & Culture Advisor to support human resource management in our establishments. Reporting to the Director of Talent and Culture, you will play a key role in ensuring the harmonization of HR activities, whether in planning, coordination, training, or providing strategic expertise on topics such as coaching, conflict management, and work organization. Your contribution will be essential in ensuring a positive work environment aligned with our objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  1. Advise employees on various company programs and policies, as well as labor standards.
  2. Advise and support managers on different aspects of the employee life cycle, including performance management, training, succession planning, compensation, labor relations, and employee engagement.
  3. Act as a change agent in a context of sustained growth.
  4. Meet with employees for retention purposes.
  5. Ensure compliance of HR practices with employment legislation.
  6. Contribute to the implementation, execution, and management of a variety of HR programs, projects, and initiatives.
  7. Promote initiatives to develop organizational culture.
  8. Manage, in collaboration with operational managers, prevention activities and claims related to occupational health and safety.
  9. Collaborate on the development and implementation of HR programs.
  10. Participate in the onboarding of new employees within teams.
  11. Support the organization in its legal obligations such as pay equity, employment equity, and others.
  12. Organize and present information, awareness, or training activities in the field of human resources.
  13. Participate in various recognition events.
  14. Perform any other related duties.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  1. You hold a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, labor relations, business administration with a concentration in human resources, or any other relevant education.
  2. You have a minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of experience as a human resources generalist.
  3. You have experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry (an asset).
  4. You have a good knowledge of various labor laws.
  5. You can support organizational changes and establishing trustful relationships with your business partners.
  6. You are proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  7. You have the energy, stamina, and availability for this demanding role, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  8. You are bilingual in French and English for effective communication with an international clientele.
  9. You consistently maintain exemplary service standards.
  10. You are passionate, friendly, and professional, with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm.
