This will include an integrated platform for relationship and people management, learning, intranet, and data warehouse.

What You’ll Do
  1. Provide direction and oversight to all IT (Information Technology) operations, network security, and communications systems for multiple TSA locations in Hamilton & Niagara region.
  2. Support the technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems, network, and policies in accordance with The Salvation Army standards.
  3. Inspect and identify the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency, recommending upgrades, configurations, repairs, or purchases when appropriate.
  4. Manage and support all network-connected systems for multiple sites (including all security and door controls).
  5. Respond and resolve requests related to technical or non-technical issues in a timely manner, adhering to TSA incident management process and policies.
  6. Provide training on information technologies, including but not limited to Office 365, mobile devices, and other technical equipment.

What You Bring
  1. Completion of a diploma or university degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in implementation and support of IT systems.
  3. Must possess a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and have a clean driving record.
  4. The candidate must be located in the Greater Hamilton Area and be willing to drive to sites in the Greater Hamilton and Niagara region.
  5. Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, etc.
  6. Strong sense of integrity with professional ethics.
  7. Able to proactively recognize potential risks and issues, respond with solutions, and engage others in implementing change.
  8. Current certification in Standard First Aid with CPR, Criminal Police Investigation Check, Non-violent Crisis Intervention training.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $58,719 (min.) to $88,079 (max). Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
