Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide delivery leadership within Access Network Syndication portfolio, aligning with overall MVPD objectives.
  • Oversee program management practices to ensure seamless implementation of syndication services.
  • Establish program governance structure with defined roles, responsibilities, workstreams, and communication protocols for all stakeholders.
  • Drive Access Network Technology integration to syndication leveraging advancements in Distributed Access Architecture (DAA), DOCSIS 4 technologies, spectrum utilization, and industry standards.
  • Utilize telemetry and data analytics, employing AI/ML models to enhance service reliability and reduce customer friction.
  • Establish clear service metrics and KPI’s adopting a holistic, data-driven, customer perspective in addressing service-related issues.
  • Lead and grow a cross-functional team to plan and integrate Comcast Technology Solutions to syndication partners, emphasizing customer engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Implement robust project management, agile methodologies, and tools to drive successful program outcomes.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with internal platform teams and external MVPD & Operator partners to ensure ongoing alignment and transparency.
  • Support and manage financial targets in the business agreements.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of technology leadership experience, emphasizing service integration, program management, agile methodologies, and efficiency improvement.
  • Proven track record for successful planning, management, and delivery for large complex programs.
  • Demonstrated success in telemetry data-driven efficiency improvements, particularly within cloud-based video delivery services and cable access technologies.
  • 5+ years of inspiring and directly leading high-performing teams and partners at a senior level.
  • Proven ability to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to continuously evaluate and adjust plans to adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Manage SLAs effectively, ensuring commitments are met and service standards are maintained.
  • Embrace Agile methodology to foster adaptability, efficiency, and continuous improvement in integration and delivery processes.
