Associate Marketing Manager, Shopper Marketing

As the Associate Marketing Manager- Shopper Marketing, your mandate will be to drive growth by executing PFC’s holistic omnichannel shopper strategy across strategic LF & SF customers for both Quaker & Frito portfolios. Building strong relationships is integral to this role as you partner with multiple marketing and customer development teams from both divisions, externally with agencies, and retail partners nationally.

- Support Holistic Omnichannel Shopper Strategy across strategic LF/SF customers for both Quaker & Frito portfolios.
- Lead execution of Retail Media & Egrocery Strategy for strategic retail partners.
- Partner with Insights & Global DX to develop a holistic shopper learning agenda.
- Wire and collaborate with the US and Global Shopper/DX teams to ensure shared best practices, resources and expertise on programming, tools, and strategy.
- Support marketing integration in JBP process (Discovery, Big Bets, Growth Summits).
- A change leader and influencer, this person will build a strategic programming to drive growth on full portfolio with our largest customers. They will set the agenda and ensure strength of execution to deliver both short-term and long-term results.
- 2+ years marketing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build growth plans through superior consumer marketing.
- Forward Thinking - Develops and collaboratively links key strategies and priorities to drive growth.
- Results - Develops and advocates for creative ideas, concepts and approaches that deliver quality results with urgency.
- Collaboration - Brings different groups together to identify and align around common goals and gain commitment to deliver superior results that could not be achieved alone.
