The Opportunity

The Integration Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining software integrations across various platforms. The ideal applicant will be passionate about designing quality solutions in a collaborative environment. The role will involve working with the latest integration platforms.

The Team

The role will report to the Director, IT Applications. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in a rapidly growing global company. Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, implement, deploy, and support new and existing API solutions
  • Develop SOAP & REST API-based integrations for cloud and on-premises applications
  • Design, develop, test, and document custom data integration solutions
  • Participate in requirements, design, and development reviews
  • Work with Analysts and Business Users to convert business requirements and specifications into technical designs
  • Under the direction of the Integration Lead, understand and follow best practices when developing integration processes
  • Identify opportunities for improved data quality and cleanliness
  • Maintain the availability and reliability of the integration system/solutions
  • Identify, debug, and advise on system errors
  • Work on agile project and operational software teams to deliver solutions that enables important business outcomes
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or equivalent mix of training and experience
  • 3+ years of work experience as an Integration Developer
  • Experience with Informatica is preferred, but experience with a similar platform would also be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of API security design (Auth 2.0, JWT, service accounts) considered an asset
  • Knowledge of database design and SQL
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Logic Apps and API Management considered an asset
  • Experience with source control tools such as Azure DevOps considered an asset
  • Experience with Master Data Management and Data Quality tools considered an asset
  • Experience with testing tools such as Postman considered an asset
  • Experience working in an Agile environment using tools such as Jira are considered an asset
  • Experience in SharePoint, Salesforce, or Power Platform considered an asset
  • Experience with C# and .NET considered an asset
