Job Description

Ubisoft IT is looking for a Security Analyst to join the Security Resilience team, part of Security & Risk Management (SRM). This team’s main mission is to ensure Ubisoft’s resiliency towards security threats.

As a Security Analyst, you will be responsible for providing informational, functional, and technical expertise to increase Ubisoft’s resilience with a focus on Crisis Preparedness, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery across our locations worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement disaster recovery, crisis preparedness, and business continuity plans at the global level and coordinate all local efforts toward a unified strategy.
  2. Support stakeholders in documenting and maintaining disaster recovery, crisis preparedness, and business continuity plans.
  3. Review all plans to support continued operations and regulatory requirements.
  4. Participate in the creation, review, and deployment of policies, standards, processes, and guidelines.
  5. Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them to an acceptable level for management.
  6. Develop and maintain security metrics and executive reports to communicate project risks and remediation activity status to management.
  7. Oversee coordination of support, training & community management, and awareness, including tabletop exercises, microsimulations, and training on the software tools operated by our team.
  8. Contribute to specific security projects or initiatives within the department, ensuring that deadlines are met, and objectives are achieved.
Qualifications
  1. Previous experience in organizational resiliency with an emphasis on coordinating business continuity, crisis preparedness, and disaster recovery plans.
  2. Strong auditing and presentation capabilities.
  3. Strong capacity to collaborate, influence, and negotiate with all hierarchical levels, including senior stakeholders.
  4. Ability to conduct informational training sessions.
  5. Ability to write clear and concise documentation.
