Responsibilities:

  1. Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
  2. Responsible for relationship management, establishing productive relationships between various leaders, departments, and partners across the organization.
  3. Able to be flexible/adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and managing competing priorities.
  4. Gathers requirements from business units.
  5. Visualizes information depending on the stage of the project.
  6. Performs different activities during the project lifecycle, such as testing and various business analysis tasks.
  7. Solutions-oriented with the ability to develop and create innovative solutions to critical business or organizational data issues.
  8. Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for generating insights through an evidence-based thought process.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

  1. 8+ years of experience as a BA driving end-to-end project delivery with a focus on data analytics, business and IT stakeholder management, and process improvement.
  2. 3+ years of experience in developing and producing KPI, KRI.
  3. 3+ years of experience with Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel skills.
  4. Knowledge of SWIFT payment is mandatory.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  1. Previous experience working in Financial Institutions.
  2. Previous experience in project management and tracking project progression.
  3. Previous experience working with payments.
  4. Previous experience with Confluence and JIRA.

Education:

  1. Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or another related field.
