Information Security and Risk (ISR) is globally responsible for securing and steering Information Security and Cybersecurity related risks for the company. The IAM team within ISR is responsible for managing Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities.
What will be your day-to-day?
The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Operations analyst is responsible for the delivery of global IAM missions in the Americas region, to ensure that security controls are performed efficiently and effectively. This position supports the ISR team in doing activities needed to support the overall IAM program and strategy. The position provides business and security expertise to establish and implement IAM policies, frameworks, standards, procedures, and guidelines appropriate to securing the existing environment in partnership with various stakeholders such as Information Technology, the risk functions, Internal Audit, and the business.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Execute, monitor, and advance IAM controls supporting all regional business activities.
- Analyze and document existing controls through engagement with global stakeholders.
- Assemble evidence responses supporting auditor inquires and regulatory compliance.
- Publication of status reports and risk metrics for senior management and oversight teams.
- Coordinate efforts across multiple business and support units both local and globally.
- Contribute to risk assessments and development/implementation of mitigation solutions.
- Assist in development of regional IAM security roadmap, policies, standards, and procedures.
- Maintain current cybersecurity trend awareness to participate in the evaluation of solutions.
- Promote adoption of information security standards, solutions, and tools.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of operational reporting framework.
Profile :
Skills and Qualifications:
Professional Experience
- 5+ years related business/cybersecurity experience in an operational context.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively engage with global contributors at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a global organization including a broad range of policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of CyberArk and SailPoint, PowerShell, Python, and proficiency with MS Office suite tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. NYDFS 500, GDPR) and industry frameworks/best practices (e.g. FFIEC, NIST, ISO).
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Absorb new ideas quickly and then apply them pragmatically.
- Team-oriented, client-focused, and open to different ideas/viewpoints.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related concentration.
- CCSK, Security+, ITIL, CSX-F or related certifications.
- Certified training in information security solutions and practices.
