Project Manager On behalf of our client in the Financial Services Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Project Manager. Project Manager - Job DescriptionUnderstand and maintain a detailed grasp of client’s operations and technology infrastructure, as well asdeveloping an understanding of client operations and technical capabilities to support successful integrationProvide senior-level consultancy to enhance business and technical processes, documentation, and results forinternal business groupsAdvise development teams on requirements, implementation, and business application usageAnalyze and document business needs through engagement with product management and identifying anyexisting system opportunities as potential roadmap items to leadershipManage all project aspects to meet defined commitmentsGenerate stakeholder-focused ideas and solutions through requirements gathering sessionsCoordinate multi-disciplinary project teams across all phasesParticipate in forums to manage stakeholder expectations and identify opportunitiesFacilitate adherence to Statements of Work and oversee third-party vendor managementProject Manager - Mandatory Skills5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with recent project leadership experienceExperience with Confluence and JiraExpertise in MS Project, MS SharePoint, and other Project Management applicationsStrong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and organized business documentsProficient in influencing, negotiating, and change managementUse Case Analysis and Development knowledgeUnderstanding activities, tasks, practices, and deliverables related to defining and documenting businessfunctionality and information requirementsSkilled in Relationship Management, building healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, andpeersEffective Oral Communication skills, including tone, style, and structureKnowledge of Interpersonal Relationship techniques for constructive collaboration with individuals andgroupsProblem Solving: Skills in recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or processissuesDecision Making and Critical Thinking: Ability to effectively utilize various tools and techniques in problem-solvingConsulting: Expertise in providing technical or business guidance to clientsInfluencing: Capacity to influence decisions both internally and externallyBusiness Process Modeling: Proficiency in documenting, analyzing, and improving business processesExperience in establishing and supporting partnerships and strategic projectsOrganized with a proven track record in meeting timelines and budgets, adept at problem-solving, andpossessing exceptional planning and organizational skillsProject Manager - Preferred SkillsTSYS/Credit Card, Fiserv, or FIS experience preferredExperience in Financial, Banking, or Fintech industriesPMP or bachelor’s in project management or related field preferredCSM or other Agile certification preferredProject Manager - Assignment Start Date ASAP – 18 months to start Project Manager - Assignment Location Toronto, ON – Work Remotely
