GryphTech has an exciting opportunity for a full time permanent Senior Web Developer.

As a Technical Expert, you will work with cross-functional teams on all aspects of our product suite to design robust and maintainable solutions. You will provide technical guidance across our core technology stack: C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core, AngularJS, React, next.js, MSSQL, MongoDB, and MS Azure.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Be a leader in the design, development, and implementation of software applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Mentor and guide teammates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Communicate effectively both inside and outside the team to achieve results and build strong relationships.
  • Complete unit and integration testing per standards and design specs.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our software.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, vetting new tools and techniques with our technology team as appropriate.
  • Develop and configure custom components with technology partners (analysts, developers, designers etc.) to meet requirements and goals.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.

Your Experience

  • A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on web-based applications running on Microsoft technologies in the Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams in an Agile environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong knowledge of database design and management (e.g., MS SQL, Mongo DB).

  • Experience in the Real Estate Technology industry.
  • Experience with Software-as-a-Service solutions.
  • Experience with SEO and Lead Generation Techniques.
