You\'ll be designing, building, and maintaining the internal automations that power Shakudo\'s growth — from revenue operations to customer success to internal productivity tools. This isn\'t just about connecting APIs or building dashboards. You\'ll be architecting intelligent systems that leverage data and AI to eliminate manual work, accelerate decision-making, and help us scale without breaking. Think MEDDPICC deal scoring powered by LLMs, automated lead routing, real-time revenue forecasting that updates as deals progress, or automated billing operations based on real time invoices.What You\'ll DoBuild intelligent automations that combine business logic, data pipelines, and AI to solve real scaling challengesPartner with Operations, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to understand workflows and translate business needs into technical solutionsOwn the automation stack from data ingestion and processing to AI integration and user interfacesDesign data-driven processes that eliminate manual work and improve decision quality across the organizationMaintain and evolve existing automations as business needs change and scaleMove fast — we\'re a startup, and you\'ll need to balance speed with quality to keep pace with growthWhat We\'re Looking ForTechnical Foundation: 3-6 years building software applications, data pipelines, or automation systems. Strong Python skills — most of our automation stack is Python-based. Experience with APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and data processing frameworks. Experience combining on-prem environments with SaaS platforms. Experience building on Kubernetes. Familiarity with modern web frameworks (FastAPI, React, etc.)Business Automation Mindset: You\'ve built systems that directly impact business metrics or operations. Understanding of B2B SaaS metrics and revenue operations. You can translate vague business requirements into concrete technical solutionsAI/Data Integration: Experience working with LLMs, AI APIs, or machine learning workflows. Comfortable with data analysis and visualization tools. Understanding of prompt engineering and AI system designStartup DNA: You thrive in ambiguous environments where requirements evolve quickly. Bias toward action — you ship first, iterate fast, and learn from real usage. You understand that perfect is the enemy of done, but you still care about code quality and user experience.
