Sales Manager Designation: Sales & Service Sales Head of Sales - North America Drive business development within the Canadian mining market by increasing market share, strengthening key account relationships, and expanding business volume and revenue. Achieve this by understanding customer challenges and delivering effective, value-driven solutions that position the company as a preferred partner. Develop and manage customer accounts and relationships at all organizational levels across Canada, with key focus in Ontario/Quebec/BC. Clearly articulate the business value of our solutions and lead end-to-end solution development efforts. Maintain a thorough understanding of each customer’s business priorities and operating environment. Provide technical support to customers and coordinate timely delivery of technical solution in collaboration with the Product Group. Understand customer needs and challenges, and foster long-term partnerships that drive successful, value-added solutions. Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline – Mineral Processing /Mining / Demonstrated experience in the field will be equally valued.
