If you are a strategic thinker with a track record of success in cybersecurity program development and regulatory compliance, we want to hear from you Apply now or email your profile to apply@stellar-recruitment.com.Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional teams to implement Zero Trust technologies and processes in alignment with the organization's Zero Trust strategyOversee the program budget and the vendor relationships for key vendors supporting the implementation of Zero TrustManage and mitigate risks associated with the implementation of the programLead organizational change management and training programs to promote a culture of security and the adoption of Zero Trust security principlesPrepare and participate in executive and board presentations with updates and regular reporting on the Zero Trust programEnsure continuous improvement and alignment with emerging cybersecurity trends and technologiesQualifications:Current or former Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), VP, or Senior Cyber Security DirectorDemonstrated ability to manage a multi-million-dollar annual cybersecurity budgetProven experience leading large-scale cybersecurity projects, with budgets in the tens of millions of dollarsMinimum of 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, including roles in management and senior leadershipExtensive experience in implementing and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) programsStrong background in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Security Operations, and IT Disaster RecoveryCertifications such as CISSP or CISMPay Rate: $150-$170/hourPlease note that the posted salary range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
