Our Core Focus: Customers Are Counting On UsOur Core Values:Help FirstWilling To LearnDrivenPosition Overview: As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a critical role in the smooth operation of our 15000 SF warehouse facility. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving and shipping, and facility maintenance. Your leadership and strategic planning skills will be essential in optimizing warehouse efficiency, reducing costs, and improving overall performance.Responsibilities:· Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities· Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure peak efficiency and customer satisfaction· Implement and optimize warehouse operations systems using our advanced technology stack· Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate order fulfillment· Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policiesQualifications:· Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment.· Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively manage and develop a diverse team.· Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.Beneficial But Not Essential:· Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).· Proficiency in RF SMART warehouse management systems (WMS) and NetSuite applications.· Familiarity with vertical lift modules for picking efficiencies· Knowledge of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles· Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.At Tompkins Canada Inc., we value our team members and their contributions to our success.
