Responsibilities:Responsible for assisting with the design and execution of door hardware schedules and product specification packagesResponsible for creating material budgets and proposals for residential, commercial and institutional projectsCoordinate between multiple design professional drawings to ensure design conformance, security and building code requirements are metMulti-task between multiple on-going projects during various stages of developmentCoordinate construction documents and produce shop drawings and record submittalsRequirements:*Previous experience within the Hollow Metal Frames, Doors and Hardware industry*Understand design projects and be able to read working drawing sets across a number of disciplinesReview working drawing sets and prepare opening schedules for review by ownerCoordinate with contractors, architects, interior designersExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workBe able to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesProficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is preferredKnowledge of AutoCad is preferredAttention to detailExcellent problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
