About the Role
Our client, an industry leader in innovative and premium design products, is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to lead their branding and marketing efforts. In this role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies, manage digital content creation, and oversee collaborations with external partners. With a focus on storytelling, brand consistency, and audience engagement, you will ensure the company’s message resonates with customers across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management:
- Develop engaging marketing content such as newsletters, product descriptions, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to create high-quality visuals for campaigns.
- Maintain the website and ensure it reflects updated, on-brand content.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns, including promotions and product launches.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all channels and materials.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future strategies.
Influencer & Media Relations:
- Build and manage partnerships with influencers, overseeing negotiations and campaign success.
- Draft press releases and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets.
Market Analysis & Insights:
- Monitor competitors and market trends to inform and adjust the marketing approach.
- Compile performance data and present actionable recommendations to the team.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 2 years in a marketing or communications role, ideally within the e-commerce or design sectors.
- Proficiency in digital tools, email marketing tools, and graphic design software (e.G., Photoshop, Canva). Familiarity with 3D rendering tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities. Creativity and adaptability are key.
- Proficiency in English;
additional languages are an asset.

Notre client, un acteur incontournable dans le secteur du e-commerce spécialisé dans des produits de design innovants, recherche un(e) Responsable Marketing et Communication pour diriger ses initiatives de marque et de marketing. Cette opportunité s’adresse à un(e) professionnel(le) créatif(ve), prêt(e) à jouer un rôle clé au sein d’une organisation dynamique et en pleine croissance.
Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de développer et de mettre en œuvre des stratégies marketing, de gérer la création de contenus numériques et de coordonner les collaborations avec des partenaires externes. Vous veillerez à ce que le message de l’entreprise touche efficacement son audience tout en garantissant la cohérence de la marque sur l’ensemble des canaux.
Responsabilités principales
Création et gestion de contenu :
- Rédiger et produire du contenu marketing engageant, tel que des newsletters, descriptions de produits et publications sur les réseaux sociaux.
- Collaborer avec des photographes, vidéastes et designers pour créer des visuels de haute qualité pour les campagnes.
- Maintenir et actualiser le site web pour qu’il reflète un contenu à jour, cohérent avec l’image de marque.
Développement et exécution de campagnes :
- Planifier et mettre en œuvre des campagnes marketing, notamment pour des promotions et des lancements de produits.
- Assurer la cohérence des messages et du branding sur tous les supports et canaux.
- Suivre et analyser les performances des campagnes pour optimiser les futures stratégies.
Relations avec les influenceurs et les médias :
- Établir et gérer des partenariats avec des influenceurs, depuis les négociations jusqu’au suivi des résultats.
- Rédiger des communiqués de presse et entretenir des relations avec des journalistes et des médias.
Analyse et veille de marché :
- Surveiller les activités des concurrents et analyser les tendances du marché pour ajuster les stratégies marketing.
- Compiler les données de performance et présenter des recommandations concrètes à l’équipe.
Ce que vous apportez
- Minimum 2 ans dans un rôle en marketing ou communication, idéalement dans le secteur du e-commerce ou du design.
- Maîtrise des outils numériques, des plateformes de marketing par email et des logiciels de design graphique (ex. :
Photoshop, Canva). Une connaissance des outils de rendu 3D est un atout. - Sens du détail, excellentes capacités d’organisation, et autonomie dans la gestion de multiples priorités. Créativité et adaptabilité essentielles.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais requise;
une langue supplémentaire est un atout.
