Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Qualify Opportunities : Contact key decision-makers through phone and in-person sales calls.
  • Consultative Selling : Generate orders using consultative selling techniques.
  • Sales Planning : Execute daily and weekly sales plans with persistence and drive.
  • KPI Achievement : Meet weekly and monthly minimum activity levels.
  • Sales and Marketing : Plan and implement activities to meet company targets.
  • Client Care : Follow up to sustain and enhance existing business relationships.
  • Market Awareness : Stay informed about local labor markets, business conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Leadership : Lead inside and outside sales teams through meetings, strategy sessions, and training.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in a B2B sales role (preferably in the service industry and in Calgary).
  • 5+ years of experience using consultative selling techniques.
  • College diploma or university degree preferred.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
