Chief Operations Officer, Vice President

The Company is seeking a Chief Operations Officer, Vice President for Global Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing global operations, ensuring the execution of business strategies, plans, and initiatives in compliance with regulations and internal policies. This role involves being a strategic advisor to the executive team, driving a customer-focused culture, and building strategic relationships. The COO & VP will also be accountable for the design and delivery of productivity and strategic initiatives, with a focus on transformational programs that realize significant cost savings and improve the efficiency of the organization.
Candidates for this role should have a university degree in a related discipline, with an MBA preferred, and a minimum of 10-15 years experience in financial services operations. The position requires a leader with a strategic vision, the ability to drive change, and a proven track record of transformation across multiple geographies. Strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of the company's operations and controls, and the ability to make data-based decisions are essential. The role demands a self-driven, results-oriented individual with excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and leadership skills, who can create a high-performance environment and foster an inclusive work culture. Experience in project management, M&A, and integration processes, as well as the ability to manage multi-dimensional projects in cross-cultural environments, is also necessary.
